OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT


“COMPANY” aspires to become the leading service provider in both Marine & Industrial cleaning sectors. We believe
that Occupational Health & Safety concerns are a priority right from the business planning and decision making
processes upto the execution and completion of the activities.

In our quest to keep employees, assets and work environment protected, COMPANY is committed to strictly follow
the Health & Safety standards. COMPANY management is in process to develop Health & Safety Management
system within the organization. COMPANY management is committed to :

 Adapt & comply with HSE Regulations and Codes of practices applicable to our business in line with ISO
45001 guidelines and verify compliance through self-monitoring programs.
 Establish measurable objectives and goals to ensure continued improvement aimed at eliminating work-
related injuries and illnesses.
 Provide awareness & training to assist employees in achieving competence in work responsibilities and to
ensure compliance with measures designed to promote a safe, healthy and sustainable work
environment.
 Provision of job specific personal protective equipment (PPE’s) for hazardous tasks to be carried out along
with other basic welfare facilities.
 Encourage the employees to strictly follow and abide by the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
 Assess and analyze at-risk activities and provide suitable control measures to mitigate or minimize them.
 Motivate & Promote a sense of leadership among the crew to take ownership and carry out the tasks
safely and efficiently.
 Conduct safety campaigns, Site surveys and audits and investigations with active involvement of
employees to create a sense of acceptance and boost their morale.
 Empower every employee to exercise “Stop Work Authority” if the event of an unsafe act or unsafe
condition. Enabling them to take responsibility and accountability to perform all activities in a manner
that is safe for themself, co-workers and others.
 Promote open lines of communication throughout the organization on EHS matters and promote
employee participation.
