Executive Summary:

Our restaurant,Skyview Restaurant , will serve traditional Bangali cuisine to


customers in Dhaka. Our mission is to promote Bangali culture and cuisine by
offering authentic dishes made with high-quality ingredients. We plan to raise
funds for our startup costs through a bank loan and expand our reach by offering
food delivery services throughout Dhaka. Our restaurant will be located in Mirpur,
an area with high foot traffic and a large Bangali population.

Market Analysis:

Dhaka has a diverse food scene, with many international and local restaurants
offering a variety of cuisines. However, there is a high demand for traditional
Bangali food among locals and tourists alike. Our restaurant will cater to this

supplies, employee wages, and marketing costs.

Management:

Our management team consists of 5 person , who have experience in the


hospitality and a passion for promoting Bangali culture and cuisine. We will work
together to ensure the success of our restaurant, overseeing all aspects of our
operations and implementing strategies to optimize our performance and growth.
