ISSUES

CLINKERING AREA

Start warning light observed misplace and hanging. Fixing is required

Material accumulated on belt return idler, need proper cleaning.

Belt running sway need proper belt tensioning and training required.

Iron ore feed hopper side plates have a gap, material leakage observed ,need proper rectification.

Belt Drop chute DE hood bottom side plate worn, need to be rectified.

Material puffing at non material side of the belt H-Type cleaner not fixed properly , need proper fixation

Material leakage observed from air slide flange, needs rectification.

Actuator both sides holding nuts missing and bolts found loose need to install and retight.

Coal leakage observed from coal pipe at near kiln inlet needs rectification.

Compressed air leakage observed from air pipe line fitting before dryer, needs rectification.

CEMENTING AREA

Near 4321HP02 connection JB sealing is required

CBM

Greasing is required at motor DE bearing.

Fan impeller cleaning is required due to high vibration. (Max. Vibration: 6.5 mm/sec at Fan DE
Horizontal)
Fan impeller cleaning and balancing is required due to increase in vibration trend. (Max. Vibration: 4.3
mm/sec at Fan NDE Axial)
Couipling elements found worn out. Arrangment is required
