ISSUES

CLINKERING AREA

DE side hood one liner plate bolt found missing, need to be install.

Fluid coupling safety cover touching with the coupling elements both sides (M1, M2), need proper
adjustment.

DE side Motor Output shaft seal found came out, need to be rectified.

DE side Motor Output shaft seal found came out, need to be rectified.

Fluid coupling safety cover touching with the element, need to be adjust properly.

Kiln tyre 2 bearing 3 water inlet pipe rubber sealing has gap with the casing, need proper sealing

Kiln burner gun door one nut missing toward mountain side need to install.

Blower filter mesh bend and damage need to replace.

V belts are vibrating due to looseness need proper tightening

Heat exchanger drag chain need two inspection windows as per standard design (not bolted, lever
opening) on top cover for proper internal inspection

Material leakage observed from droping chute. Need patchwork

Oil leakage from input shaft seal. Need rectification.

To avoid rain water ingress, portable frame made of SS (with castable inside) is required on kiln
hood top hole covering (for bridge hanging).

Mesh front side strip found damaged. Need rectification
