details of the Joint Development Agreement and Power of Attorney executedin

Development Agreement/s, has obtained the conversion of the Schedule
Properties for residential purposes and also mutation of the Katha for these lands
in favour of the Owner/s and has also finalized all the submission necessary

Drawings/ Plans, which are submitted for approvals with the office of the Joint
Director, BBMP for construction Residential Apartment Building/s in the
composite and amalgamated Schedule property comprising of Three Blocks

(Called Block A, Block B and Block -C) with Basement, Ground and Eight
Upper floors and each of the Floor comprising of 8 [Eight| Units, and thus
approximately a total of 216 [Two Hundred and Sixtecen] Apartments.

(4) Whereas, each of the Owners, in view of the afore nmenuoned milestones, and n
pertormance of the assurance to execute Supplementary Agreement atter
identification of the Apartments for cach, and after going through the tinal1zed
drawings, have discussed the allotment and agrecd upon the Aparuments alloted to
each and have
agreed and execute necessary Supplementar Agreement/ s as
contemplated under Clause 5.4 and 5.5 of the Joint Development Agreement,
accepting and reiterating the terms of the respecuve Joint Development

concluded with each of such other Owners

submitted for sanction (which are signed by each of the Owners/ Developers on the
