1. Colours are classified into primary –Red ,Yellow
Blue. 2. Secondary –Orange ,Green and Purple 3. Tertiary – yellow orange, blue green, yellow green. 4. Neutral colours-Black, Grey, White 5. Metallic colours- gold, copper, silver etc 6. Warm colours like orange, red have an element of sun or fire in them make rooms look narrower, bright colours . 7. Cool colours are green , blue etc which have an element of water or vegetation in them, makes rooms look spacious relax rejuvenating colours. 8. Applications of colour in the home- Living room –sophisticated colours like orange Indigo, purple etc Bedroom- shades of medium dark brown, greens, pinks etc are perfect.
