Connect private Android Samsung to Wi-Fi at Allianz

Prerequisite
You already have a Wi-Fi user name and password. If this information is no longer available, open the WLAN Portal with
your Allianz device and request a new password here. This remains valid indefinitely.

Note: You can only access the WLAN Portal with your Allianz device (AVC, AMC, FAT, ThinClient, etc),
since your Wi-fi user name and password are displayed here.
Step 1: Download certificates
You need two certificates:

Allianz Root CA 3 http://rootca.allianz.com/download/rootca3_base64.cer


Allianz Infrastructure CA 5 http://rootca.allianz.com/download/infraca5_base64.cer

Open both links with the browser and download both certificates.

Tip: Scan both QR Codes with your mobile phone. This conveniently downloads the certificates. So you
don't have to enter links.

Step 2: Install certificates


Now we install both certificates for the Wi-Fi registration.

Open Settings on Scroll down and click Scroll down and click Other Scroll down and click Install
your smartphone. Biometrics and security. security settings. from device storage.
Then select Wi-Fi Go to your downloads folder and select certificate Enter a name for the certificate
certificate. infraca5_base64.cer and click Done. e.g. ca5 and tab OK.

Repeat the process for the second certificate rootca3_base64.cer and name it e.g. ca3.

Both certificates are now installed.

Step 3: Connect Wi-Fi


Now we will connect to Wi-Fi az_wpa2auth and use a certificate to login.

Open Settings and click on Connections. Then select Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi is off, turn it on now.
Scroll down and click on Advanced.
- For EAP method choose PEAP.
Now select the Wi-Fi az_wpa2auth. - For CA certificate choose ca3.
- For Domain choose radius1.ip.allianz.
- For Phase 2 authentication choose MSCHAPV2.

User Name and Password


Allianz Employee

Account Name: enter your Wi-Fi user name and password from the WLAN Portal. The Wi-Fi user name is
numeric and ends with @az.wlan
Password: enter the password from the WLAN Portal.

Allianz Guest

Account Name: enter your Wi-Fi user name that you have received either from your Allianz contact oder via text
message (SMS). The user name is numeric.
Passwort: enter the password that you have been provided with.

Finally click on "Connect".

Congrats! You are now connected to Wi-Fi at the office location.
