In the rapidly changing world of aviation, where seamless integration is the key to
operational excellence, innovation is the key to progress, and continuous elevation is the sign

As Industrial Engineering students, we analyzed and studied that this company should
take an approach that includes the goals of
Integrate. Innovate. and Elevate.
Kian:
These three interconnected goals will become our guide to support this aviation
company to deal with the challenges and opportunities that come with a business that is
always changing.
Nicole:
As businesses in the aviation industry try to keep up with new technologies,
changing customer expectations, and the need to protect the environment, the pursuit of
integration, innovation, and elevation becomes a strategic must.
Mila:
This ensures not only their survival but also their dominance in a very competitive
field.
In this presentation, we studied what these goals mean and how they shape the company
and add to the growth, flexibility, and long-term impact of the aviation industry.

- Improve Customer Experiences – kailangan magbase sa mga customer na need
ipriority to build a good relationship, Relationship of Customers to Employees,

practices. Innovation allows them to develop state-of-the-art safety

analysis to prevent accidents and incidents.
Example:
Safety ng information-yung mga important docs dapat may
website or software storage na nakalagay dun lahat at exclusive lang
sa mga workers.
 At maari ding maipasok dito yung pagkakaroon ng safety officer
atleast 1 or two para sa safe workplace. Through safety officers sila
yung magrereport-daily-weekly-monthly-quarterly. At kung gaano pa
ito kaurgent hindi lang sa safety ng mga workplace pati na din sa
safety ng lahat ng employee sa company

 New Methods – kailangang magfocus sa System (zoren paki elaborate mo nalang
yung about sa system neh, lagay ka din example mo) kasi andun lahat ng mga
important info na need sa company for example yung paggawa ng pick ticket
natatagalan kasi nga yung system ay hindi ganon ka upgaded need itong
mainnovate para mabawasan yung delays at mas mapabilis yung trabaho.

 Promotions (ambassador) – they need to come up with any promotion, para mas makilala
pa yung Dornier company sa Industry.
  Dapat maachieve yung 12 days operation instead of 18 days target para mameet yung
customer satisfaction at mabuild yung Trust ng customer sa company.
