Advantages:
1. Measured which field he can be fitted to
2. Discover which fields him more expert
Disadvantages:
3. Can be more confusing
4. Time-consuming

Advantages:
1. The more time spend the more experience gained.
2. Expertise also matters in time spent in the field
Disadvantages:
1. It can be a bias
2. Prone on a lie
3. Asses the convenience of the project
Advantages:
1. For easy access
2. Interest in the field
Disadvantages:
1. Cannot focus on too much confidence of convenience
2. Laziness can be existed
