To whom it may concern,

Hey, I am Seyedeh Atena Reza Hajirezaei Born on September 20, 2003 in Tehran, Iran. Passport No.
H40627580 applied for Schengen C-Visa to accompany my father, Seyed Mohamadreza Hajirezaei for
the purpose of attending his Partner’s annual summit- CANEA Partner Group AB- to be held in
Gothenburg following Aug.19 for training and collaborative business planning of international partners
from around the world.

This letter is remonstration for rejection of my Visa application I have received dated Jul23, 2019. The
rejection letter mentions two reason for rejection;
 The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of
intended stay was not reliable.
 Your intention to leave the territory of the member state before the expiry of the Visa could
not be ascertained.

Hereby I provide you with the evidences help you change your decisions based on the following
facts;

1. Firstly, I’m living in here in Tehran, Iran and studying in TIS School here therefore I have to return
back right after my dad’s conference to attend in the school classes starting 21st of September.
FYI, I have submitted the original letter of my school’s principal certifying this.

2. Its good to mention that I accompany my father in some of his business trips in my holidays. This
is an opportunity to develop my vision and capabilities through get aquinted with people’s
lifestyle and view points around the world. This has been great opportunity to shape my vision
and skills as a millennial kid who need to help making better world to live for the next generation.
Swedish girl, Greta Thurberg is my role model as we have same age! 

3. Thus, i have duties and should return after the summit, doing studies beside my family and
relatives who all lives in Iran. My mom is also waiting for me and no one can thinking about
overstaying far from her beloved mother, isn’t it?

4. My father have submitted copy of previous Schengen Visas as sample to the interviewer during
submission of my documents and my Hotel Reservation in Gothenburg and flight tickets clearly
showed my travel plan.

5. We (me and my father) have been supplied the satisfaction letter from my mom to travel without
him as a requirement to get Visa as well.

6. I had travels to European states already and have no overstay.

 Detailed daily schedule attached as well.

Conclusion; I’m very excited and proud to accompany my father in the summit in my summer
holidays, however its wouldn’t be end of the world for me if you Reject my Visa Request
despite all have said.
