Return Instructions

This "Pre-Paid" Return Label will be used by the courier service to deliver your package.
Please print the label, attach it to your package, and follow the steps below.

Please note this label is specific to this order.

If you have items from another order, please create another return label through the retailer website.

OPTION 1 - ARRANGE THE COLLECTION OVER THE PHONE

1. Visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/ and select your country.

2. Navigate to Customer Service Section and call the number displayed.
3. You will be asked for the tracking number on your label.
This is located under the first barcode.
4. When the courier arrives, please hand them the additional label received included with your items.

OPTION 2 - ARRANGE THE COLLECTION ONLINE

1. Visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/ and select your country.

2. Navigate to "Schedule a Pickup" or "Request Courier Pickup".
3. Click on "eReturn Shipment" or "I have a label".
4. Enter the Tracking number from the label.
This is located under the first barcode.
5. Click 'Schedule Pickup' and select a time slot.
6. Your return has now been registered via DHL and a courier will come and pickup your parcel.
7. When the courier arrives, please hand them the additional label received included with your item.

OPTION 3 - DROP OFF

If you are having difficulty arranging suitable collection, you can drop the package off at your nearest DHL
Service Point.

Please note the above steps can vary from Country to Country and can be changed without prior notice.
