This Year’s ASPIRE Award Nominees Announced

Financial company releases list of exemplary employees nominated

INDIANAPOLIS, October 2, 2023 - OneAmerica annually honors their employees that

embody their core values and have an impact within the company. The four categories of awards
look to recognize associates that exceed expectations in their field.

“Throughout the year, we get to know our employees and see where their greatest strengths lie.
The idea of these awards is to recognize the top performers and those who go above and beyond
for their team and goals. Since our company is there for our clients, we work hard to be there for
our employees,” said President Scott Davidson.

Over 200 employees were nominated by fellow associates to win one of these awards. The
winner will receive a monetary gift of $5,000.

In order to be nominated, the associate must have worked at OneAmerica for at least seven years.
The four categories of awards allow for people with all different strengths to have the
opportunity to be recognized.

“I’m really proud of the team that we’ve built up within this company. I think that each
individual employee has their own strengths that we get to appreciate at this event. It’s grown to
be something that we all look forward to each year; a nice night to get to know one another
outside of the office and have some fun,” Davidson added on.

This year’s awards will be another evening full of words of appreciation for OneAmerica’s team.
Events like these help to create a community within the company and allow for better work to be
done throughout the year.
