    APPLICATION FOR NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE TO START SCHOOL OF


    NURSING / COLLEGE OF NURSING IN THE STATE.

    Central Government/State Government/Local body/ Registered Private or


    Public Trust/ Organisations Registered under Societies Registration Act including
    Missionary Organisations/ Companies incorporated under section 8 of Company’s Act
    who are interested in opening a School of Nursing / College of Nursing in the State must
    submit a Detailed Project Report initially to the Government. The Detailed Project
    Report must include the following:

    1. Institutional Profile.
    2. Application for NOC.
    3. Land Deeds.
    4. Teaching Faculty Profile according to INC Norm.
    5. Non-Teaching Faculty Profile according to INC Norm.
    6. External Teachers for the Programme.
    7. Permission for Clinical Experience & Community Experience.
    8. Built up area of Teaching Block & Hostel.
    9. Physical Facilities for Teaching Block.
    10. Hostel Facilities.
    11. Blue Print of:
    • School Building
    • Hostel Building
