Entrepreneurship (ENT530), perfectly within the time frame specified. In this regard, I,

1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Foldee Venture is a company that works with LaundryBar. We offer folding clothes as
one of our laundry services. We use a FoldiMate robotic laundry-folding machine for our
business. Foldee Venture provides services in the Kuala Lumpur area. We have been providing
folding services that treat your laundry as if it were our own, making the entire laundry
experience as convenient for our customers as possible.

The machine we use can determine the weight of the clothing and display the price to be
inserted into the machine. Except for undergarments and linen, the machine can fold garments
to the size specified by the consumer. The steamers that come with this folding machine can
also help to reduce wrinkles. In addition, the machine could scent the clothes. The majority of
the fragrance products we supply are halal certified by the Malaysian Halal Authority, JAKIM.
Customers will be satisfied with the results if they simply place their clothing in the folding
machine.

Aside from that, our services have been released with high-tech features that will be
extremely useful for their target market, which is large households with a lot of clothes to fold
and an infinite amount of folding to do. People who are too busy to fold their clothes can benefit
from this. Instead of working, take the time to rest. It is also very useful for students who are
preoccupied with their daily routines and studies. The most important thing is to provide them
with stress-free weekends during which they can relax while we complete your clothes on time.

Though it may be difficult, competitors such as dobiQueen Laundry and Delivery, Dobi
Anggun, and Cleanbot also offer folding clothing services. However, our service is
unquestionably superior to theirs because we not only fold clothing neatly so that it can be
stored compactly and orderly, but we also fold clothes quickly. Furthermore, our services reduce
wrinkles and perfume the clothes, giving them a pleasant odour.

Finally, we anticipate that our initial financial projections will be profitable. Our expenses
and revenues are converted into a cash flow projection, which depicts our monthly cash inflows
and outflows for the first year of operations. Our sales projections. The first year costs RM
1,512,000. Because the business is steadily growing, we expected to be more profitable in the
second year. We anticipate receiving RM 1,746,360 over the next year based on industry
averages and previous sales.

2.0 COMPANY PROFILE

Malaysian coffee shop and reserve Zus Coffee is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur. It is among the
most well-known coffee shops in Malaysia. The company operated 215 locations in Malaysia as
of May 2023.

Zus Coffee, which offered a larger range of coffee experiences, is typically blamed for the
development of Malaysia's coffee culture. Zus Coffee offers hot and cold beverages,
micro-ground instant coffee, whole-bean coffee, espresso, caffe latte, full and loose-leaf teas,
juices, Frappuccino drinks, pastries, and cakes. Some products are limited to certain seasons or
the area where the store is located. The majority of locations offer free Wi-Fi Internet access,
primarily in rural areas.

The "heart" of his chain of Malaysian coffee shops, according to Venon Tian, COO of ZUS
Coffee, who launched Zus Coffee in 2019. The first Zus Coffee outlet opened in Binjai at the end

decision-making in a systematic manner. Companies can achieve their business objectives and
improve their performance by addressing their decision-making process methodically.

3.1 Spatial Layout & Functionality

Spatial layout relates to how furniture, equipment, and machinery are organized, as well
as their shape and size, and the spatial relationships between them, with functionality defining
those things' capacity to assist the completion of service transactions.

● Floor plan

Zus Coffee Shop's floor layout and decor are distinctive and modern, with a blue and
white motif that makes the cafe appear very tranquil and pleasant. The signboard of Zus Coffee
Cafe may be seen from the outside of the store. The café sits on the first level of the three-story
structure. Parking is available in the outside facilities. The cafe, however, has limited parking
space due to its popular location.

The coffee bar area, service counters and digital menu board are visible from the entry,
and the pick-up area is visible on the right side of the store. Customers may wait comfortably at
the cafe's waiting room, which has chairs and tables. Furthermore, the café has a large dining
and working area on the rear side, as well as lots of power outlets and free Wi-Fi. They also
have separate restrooms for men and women.

● Furnishing

The cafe's table and chair arrangement is exceptionally comfortable and convenient,
allowing customers to enjoy their coffee and meals while simultaneously working. They employ
a tiny dining table with two seats that is comfortable for one or two individuals to relax at the
café. There are also several seating areas and lots of room for guests to sit in the café. The wall
design is also quite original and imaginative. In addition, they put a large mirror on the wall and
added some plants to the café. It has a classic and refined look.

Furthermore, the café has bright and pleasant lighting since different types of lights are
used, which have a big influence on the overall atmosphere of the cafe as well as the mood of the
people who visit it. The service counter is likewise well-organized, with an I-shaped design and
white color that gives the café a very sophisticated appearance.

The café also has a digital menu board that hangs from the ceiling, allowing guests to
plainly view the menu, pricing, product image, and special offers so that they may order it
straight away.

● Machinery and Equipment

In addition, the Zus Coffee Shop gives adequate space in the work station for employees
to work productively. Machines and equipment are also organized by function and strategically
located near the counter space to assist personnel in preparing orders swiftly and efficiently.
Among the machinery and equipment utilized are a La Cimbali Espresso Machine, a coffee
grinder, a Koyo cube ice machine, a microwave, and a cup organizer. Furthermore, there is a
display refrigerator in front of the service counter that is used to exhibit goods such as cakes,
pastries, and pasta so that consumers may observe the variety of food offered. This is also a
component of their sales-boosting marketing approach. Additionally, they supply complimentary
culteries, and sugar packets at the pick-up area so that clients may conveniently obtain them.

growth of our company. This is when a strategy will come in handy. Without a business plan,
objectives become random, with no rhyme or reason behind them. Having a business plan will
lead to more methodical and significant measurements. They can also help you stay
accountable to your long-term vision and plan, as well as obtain insights into how your strategy
is evolving over time. In conclusion, we are certain that we will be able to meet the modest
financial targets that we have set for ourselves. Furthermore, in order to gain market share, our
management has thoroughly examined the market, its prospective client base, and its ability to
raise average sales. Our organization is completely committed to the notion of becoming a
highly acclaimed and sought-after resource on both the domestic and international markets.
Finally, we hope that our firm will continue to develop its business practices, particularly in the
area of marketing, in order to expand the number of people who are familiar with our company,
as well as our target market and the geographic region that we service.
