1) Correct form, filled completely and correctly as per PSPT details

2) Fee in correct form (Card, DD etc)
3) __ Number of Photo(s) as per specifications
4) Valid Passport with atleast 1-2 blank pages and min validity 3/4/6
months as required
5) Return/Onward Confirmed ticket with PNR OR Complete day-to-day
itinerary from Travel Organizer on Letterhead with PNR.
6) Hotel Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher OR Invitation Letter OR
Sponsorship Letter
7) Sufficient Foreign Currency/International Credit Card
8) Travel Insurance if applicable
9) Social Status – If employed employment letter/Leave Letter, If self-
employed covering letter on company letterhead, if student college ID
bonafied etc.
10) Financial Status with stamp and signature – Bank statement, Bank
Passbook of running account with minimum balance of xyz amount
and/or ITR returns of past xyz years, PAN Card and/or Fixed Deposits
and/or Life Insurance policy and/or Salary slips and/or pension slip
and/or property papers
11) Any other specific document/s
12) Covering Letter (Application requesting with PSPT no., Visa Type, No.
of entries etc. (summarizing above)

DOCUMENTS GENERALLY REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS VISA

Same as above with:
- Covering Letter on Company Letterhead requesting the visa.
- Invitation Letter from the foreign Company
- Financial papers of the company and individual

DOCUMENTS GENERALLY REQUIRED FOR TRANSIT VISA

- Valid Passport
- Air Ticket/Itinerary from Travel Organizer
- Visa for the onward country
