Communiquè structure:
Communiquè 1(Syria to Iraq):Syrian Arab Republic asking for help from Iraq
regarding assisination of Defence Minister of Saudi Arabia.Three main reasons for
assassination;
1.The Syrian government believes that the defence minister has been supplying arms
and military assistance to the rebel groups (terrorists according to Bashar-al-
Assad's government)
2.These terrorists are the ones causing unrest in Syria's Civil War and to bring
peace in Middle East it is essential to put a stop to these rebels by stopping
their source of military strength
*This communiquè shall also contain the requirements for this assisination,
communiquè to be supported by a diplomatic cable*

Communiquè 2(Iraq to Syria):Reacting to the communiquè based on it's foreign

policy(saying full cooperation and the number of soldiers and guns it can supply to
Syria to together assassinate the Defence Minister)
*Communiquè to be supported by diplomatic cable"

Communiquè 3(Syria to Iraq): acknowledging Iraq's help and coordination and

assuring end result to be positive.

Communiquè 4(Syria and Iraq together to UNSC):Informing the UNSC about the actions
to be taken by the joint military forces in order to assassinate the Defence
Minister.
*possibility of a communiquè to be written by two countries together to be checked,

It would be best to get all these communiquè documents into one folder after
finishing writing these communiquès to make it convenient for the chair to
understand and ratify or mark the action.
