All entries Offline/Online must be submitted to the awards submission system. The content can be expressed in words, image, sound or a combination of any, to enable efficient delivery of the critical messages to the judges. Each submission must include items as explained below: • Synopsis of work/innovation (200 words – MS word document) • Technical Specification of your product that is around 500 words. • A minimum of one video (Specification: Full HD 1920x1080p. The video is preferably around 5 Minutes long and should have: Information of the innovation, Example of Innovation, Any Additional documents related to the Innovation such as MyIPO and other copyright and trademarks. A Youtube link is recommended. • A minimum of 1 Poster that is in either jpg, jpeg or PNG format with a max file size of max 2mb. • The online awards submission system allows participants to submit additional supporting documents such as powerpoint presentations and other documents. Posters requirements : • Participant / Organization or company logo • Drawing(s), 3D image(s) or prototype photo(s) • Title of the invention • Problem to be solved • Proposed solution by the invention • Participant’s name (company, school or institution) • Inventors names • Category of the invention Video requirements • Recommended content for the recorded video: 3D animation or working prototype demonstration to explain how the invention works. • File name should be in English characters or numbers • Allowed video formats: *.mp4 • Full HD resolution (1920:1080 pixels) • recorded video should be horizontal (landscape only is allowed, please don’t use portrait mode video) • If the video includes a music it must be copyright free • spoken language in the video should be in English • Other languages can be spoken in the video, however English subtitles must be included • Subtitle position (if used) should be at the bottom of the video Notes : • For Poster template please download through : https://innopa.org/download/ • All the submission please send to secretaryinnopa@gmail.com • For Offline : MUST bring Product or ptotoype of the innovation Contact Person
