While observing the role of international organizations in promoting peace and development, we
have found that many organizations face some difficulties because of mismanagement and corruption in
their existing structures. So how does UNDP ensure accountability in its operations, including in the
context of corruption and mismanagement risks?

2. We know that UNDP plays a significant role to eradicate poverty, reducing inequalities and exclusion,
and build resilience so that Bangladesh can sustain progress. How does UNDP influence government
agencies, civil society, and other stakeholders in Bangladesh for implements it’s development goals.

3. As peace and development is a complex and interconnected process,it is challenging to achieve peace
and development goals for UNDP without the collaboration of UN agencies. How does UNDP coordinate
its activities with other UN agencies and development partners in Bangladesh to ensure a cohesive and
collaborative approach to development?

4. In contemporary Bangladesh, women are a major part of our population. what issues are responsible
for their lagging behind in the development process of Bangladesh? Is it the complexity of the structure
or the outlook of the women?

5. Geographically Bangladesh lies in a zone of natural calamities. Does UNDP has enough capabilities to
deal any unwanted situation?

6. Since 1972 ,UNDP has been working in order to achieve sustainable peace and development in
Bangladesh. While we were discussing it comes to our mind how does UNDP ensure that its projects in
Bangladesh are sustainable and have a long-term impact on the country’s development?

7.In developing countries like Bangladesh ,political unrest and complexity is a major concern for
sustainable peace and development process. So an inquiry popped up in our mind How does the UNDP
navigate political complexities and conflicts within host countries that may hinder their peace and
development efforts?
