With deepest gratitude and appreciation, I humbly give thanks to

the people who helped me in making my On-the-Job Training a possible
on with all they can.

To my parents, for their unending love and support, for providing

all my needs financially and morally, for their patience and
understanding during my tiring days that I can't help them in the chores,
for their never fading advices and for being there for me no matter what.

To all my professors who shared and continuously sharing their

knowledge with students like me and keep on molding me into a better
person. I am extending my warmest thanks especially to our subject
Teacher Mrs. Jasmine Bajaro who share with us everything that she

Introduction

The National Service Training Program (NSTP) is a program

aimed at enhancing civic consciousness and defense
preparedness in the youth by developing the ethics of service and
patriotism while undergoing training in any of its program
components.

Train the student in various fields of endeavor imbued

with moral values that enhance their intellectual, physical, moral,
spiritual and social well-being.

Company Profile
● History
According to the records gathered, Tandang Kutvo is not
the original name of our village. It was formerly covered by
poblacion, roads such as Bayani (A. Bonifacio) Katipunan (J.
Catolos) shelter (G. Del Pilar and Malaya (C. Catambay)).
Among the Spanish-speaking churchgoers, Gregorio
Altamirano used the name “Tandang Kutyo”. He voluntarily
signed with his own blood the document, vowing to defend the
town, even though it was his own life.
Under the name Tandang Kutyo Gregorio Altamirano
promotes the goals and objectives of the community. In
recognition of the greatness and heroism of his actions, the
people thought of naming the village of TandangKutyo, and in
honor of the Spanish colonists during the time of the
independence of the people, especially the people of Tanay.
In response to “Municipal Ordinance No.4-5, 1955 the Sites
in the direction of the Sierra Madre mountains were identified
as District IV”
In January, 1968, it was necessary to rename the districts
covered by the Tanay. This is stated in Municipal Ordinance No
1-5, 1968; For this reason, the Rooster Cycle District was
named.

VISION
Isang Barangay na may malinis, tahimik at maberdeng
kapaligiran, may masagana, mataas na antas at tuwid na
pamumuhay, may takot sa Diyos at mga responsableng
mamamayan.

MISSION
Maayos na kooperasyon ng lahat ng mga
nananungkulan sa barangay, at mga mamamayan nito
upang makamit ang pananaw nito.

● Learnings
As a OJT trainee, I had the opportunity to work in the
Barangay Office and gain hands on experience in community
development. The Barangay Office is the smallest administrative
unit in the Philippines, and it plays a vital role in providing basic
services to the community. During my OJT, I was assigned to a
various task that help me and allowed me to understand and learn
the daily operations in the barangay office.

 One of my primary task is to assist the patients and get the
information that we need before we conduct a one by one
checkup. We must have first their Family Number for us to find the
documentation and the history of it. In this activity I learn on how
to communicate with other people and how can I handle also the
different attitude that they have. Helping is one of the best way
that we need to implement wherever we are. This OJT
Volunteerism help me to mold myself how to become a better
person.

● Conclusion
My On-the-Job Training experience has been a fulfilling and
enriching one. Through my training, I was able to acquire new
skills and knowledge that are essential in my chosen field. I was
also given the opportunity to apply what I have learned in the
office to real-life situations, which has helped me become more
confident in my abilities.

During my OJT, I was able to work alongside experienced

professionals who were willing to share their knowledge and
expertise with me. Their guidance and support have been
invaluable in helping me develop my skills and become a more
competent and effective worker.
