Statement of the Problem

This study will determine the contribution made by the teachers’ conceptual
understanding of using properly the ICT tools.

Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondent in terms of:

2. Numbers of hours student allowed to use ICT tools?
3. What are improvement to your academic performance brought about by the use of
ICT?
4. What are the challenges associated with using Information and Communication
Technology (ICT) tools in elementary education?
