Tips -Each tab has a ribbon which contains many different features that will help you to write
your document. There is also a roof which also contains many important abilities.

-If you select Tell Me, you can type practically anything you want to do with your document, and it will tell you the specific
function which you need to click on.

-By double clicking to the left of the sentence, you can change the font size, highlight words, make them bold,
underlined or angled, all from the click of your mouse.

-Change the spacing between lines using the button which looks like “up & down arrows to the left of some lines”

-If you need a lot of similar words, such as powerful, commanding, great, potent, mighty, or dominant, look for the thesaurus

-Using the hyperlink function, you can link webpages, videos or even games by clicking a word like this.

-Shapes can be added to your document.

If you want to print your document, click the print icon in the top left and click print.

You can choose from many different spreadsheets, each designed to take the bulk of the workload from
you.

A spreadsheet has many different tabs and ribbons which contain many different functions for Excel.

Press the launch buttons to give yourself even more options.

A spreadsheet is made of an immense number of columns and rows. In each column there are cells which
formulas, words and numbers can be put into.

You can select any number of cells at once using a range. (Top right corner) ; (Bottom left corner) is a way
to give a range a specific name.

Put your mouse between column numbers/letters to increase the size of a cell. You can also easily move
between cells using the arrows, shift and tab button on your keyboard.

If you want to change the text, double click on a cell.

Double click between letters/numbers to instantly resize the row/column to fit all of the text.
