RULES OF MAKING BED & TOWEL ART COMPETITION

Ground rules:

1. All participant must present 45 minutes before the start.

2. All participant must re-register at the entrance to the auditorium of the competition
3. All participant must use own hotel / school uniform
4. Bring your Identity Card or “Surat Keterangan” from your own hotel / school, to be presented
at the registration desk, as evidence for re-registration.
5. All participant will have chest number as your identity during competition.
6. All participant must follow the rules.
7. Participant can bring their own supporter.
8. All participant and supporter must create comfort, safety, clean, and neatness of the area.
9. The winner announcement by the end of the competition.
10. Participant who broke the rules, will be disqualified.
11. Judge decisions are absolute.

Peraturan Dasar:

1. Semua peserta harus hadir 45 menit sebelum acara dimulai.

2. Semua peserta harus registrasi ulang di pintu masuk ke auditorium perlombaan.
3. Semua peserta harus menggunakan seragam hotel atau sekolah
4. Membawa Kartu Identitas atau “Surat Keterangan” dari hotel / sekolah, yang ditunjukkan pada saat
registrasi ulang, sebagai tanda bukti.
5. Semua peserta akan mendapatkan nomer dada, dan sebagai identitas saat perlombaan.
6. Semua peserta wajib mengikuti peraturan yang berlaku.
7. Peserta diperbolehkan membawa supporter.
8. Semua peserta dan supporter, wajib menciptakan kenyamanan, keamanan, kebersihan dan
kerapihan di area kegiatan.
9. Pemenang lomba akan diumumkan pada akhir perlombaan.
10. Peserta yang melanggar peraturan akan tidak dapat mengikuti perlombaan.
11. Keputusan juri adalah mutlak.

Brief description of competition

Making bed competition :

1. Individual competiton.
2. Duration, for hotelier 15 minutes Max ( Making bed & Towel Art ) , student 7 minutes Max ( Only
Making Bed )
3. Committee, provide:
 Bed, size 100 x 200 cm
 Spring box bed, size 100 x 200 cm
 Duvet insert, size 160 x 260 cm – 1 pcs per bed.
 Pillow, size 50 x 70 cm – 2 pcs per bed.
 Bed sheet, duvet cover, pillow case

Standard make up bed, For Making Bed

Grooming Standard:
Perempuan

a. Rambut yang panjang menggunakan hairnet, bila pendek, diikat atau dijepit yang rapih.
b. Menggunakan make up secara natural.
c. Menggunakan seragam housekeeping dari Hotel atau sekolah masing-masing.
d. Kaus kaki warna hitam.
e. Kuku jari tangan dipotong rapih.
f. Menggunakan ikat pinggang hitam.
g. Menggunakan flat shoes hitam.
h. Tidak menggunakan aksesoris, perhiasan, dan jam tangan.

Laki-laki

a. Rambut rapih.
b. Tidak berjanggut dan berkumis.
c. Menggunakan seragam housekeeping dari Hotel atau sekolah masing-masing.
d. Kuku jari tangan dipotong rapih.
e. Kaus kaki hitam.
f. Menggunakan ikat pinggang hitam.
g. Menggunakan sepatu fantofel hitam.
h. Tidak menggunakan aksesoris, perhiasan, dan jam tangan.

Making Bed & Towel Art Competition :

 Individual competition ( Hoteliers )

 Theme : Free Theme.
 One minutes for participant to explain the towel art.
 Duration 15 minute Max.
 Each participant bring own:
a. Towels
b. Towel Art Accessories
 Assessment point:
a. Grooming – 15%
b. Neatness – 15%
c. Correct set up – 20%
d. Speed – 20%
e. Towel Art – 30%
 Tools are not allowed to use: safety pit, glue, fire, knife, and items which can break the linen.
