1 CUP ROLLED 1/2 CUP LOW
OATS FAT YOGURT

1 CUP LOW FAT TOPPINGS

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a container or jar
with a lid , combine 2. mix well to combine all
the rolled oats , milk the ingredients
and yogourt

4. in the morning ,
3. allow the oats to give the oats a
soak overnight (or good stir to mix
at least 4-6 hour) everything
togather . also add
