RESOLUTION ON THE CREATION OF LEGAZPI CITY DISTRICT FEDERATED SPTA

COMMUNICATION CLUSTER GROUP

Whereas, effective communication is crucial for the success of School Parent-Teacher

Associations (SPTA) in the district,

Whereas, the existing communication channels have proven to be insufficient for timely
dissemination of information and collaboration among SPTAs,

Whereas, a consolidated communication platform would enhance coordination and

facilitate the exchange of ideas and resources,

Whereas, the establishment of a District Federated SPTA Communication Cluster Group

would address these challenges,

Be it RESOLVED that:

1. A District Federated SPTA Communication Cluster Group shall be created to provide a

centralized platform for effective communication among SPTAs in the district.

2. The District Federated SPTA Communication Cluster Group shall consist of

representatives from each clustered SPTA within the district.

3. The group shall utilize digital communication tools and platforms to facilitate real-time
information sharing, collaboration, and resource sharing.

4. The group shall appoint a designated administrator responsible for managing the
communication platform and ensuring adherence to established guidelines.

5. The District Federated SPTA Communication Cluster Group shall encourage active
participation and engagement from all SPTAs within the district.

6. The group shall establish guidelines and protocols to ensure respectful and constructive
communication among participants.

7. Regular meetings shall be conducted within each cluster, either in-person or virtually, to
discuss important matters, share best practices, and address challenges faced by SPTAs
within the district.

8. The District Federated SPTA Communication Cluster Group shall actively seek
opportunities to collaborate with local education authorities, community organizations,
and other relevant stakeholders to further support the goals of SPTAs within the district.

9. The group shall regularly evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the communication
platform and make necessary adjustments to improve its functionality and usability.
10. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval of the District Federated
SPTA Board and shall remain in force until amended or rescinded.
