Planning for Learners Differentiation:

Students will receive verbal instruction on what chords they are
going to play for the song. The students will be able to hear what
the chords are supposed to sound like by the teacher, will have a
visual of the chords on the projector, and will have time to practice
the chord changes on their own giving the students kinesthetic
learning of guitar.

Modifications/Accommodations:
If there is a student who is struggling to play the chord changes, the
playing of the music may be modified by the speed of the notes.
The goal is for students to play quarter note patterns with the music,
but if a student is struggling with that, then they can play half notes
or whole notes to slow down the strumming pattern. Students who
struggle to play the chord changes may also be able to play the
alternate chords that are easier to play and may change quicker
