Property Phone wallet case including victims Samsung galaxy note 20 as

numbers so her pin was set to the last 4 of social which was right
in wallet that is how suspect was able to withdraw funds from
victims account.

Narrative
Describe wallet was stolen along with cell phone from victim when the
Incident victim was being transported to hospital due to severe medical
(include as condition. It is unknown who took wallet containing credit cards,
much known social security cards, and personal driver license card. The victims
information credit card was then used in about a 2 to 3 week time frame, all
as possible) while victim was hospitalized. Unknown suspect spent all of
victims savings. There is now an ongoing investigation regarding
this matter.
