Re: REQUEST TO PULL OUT OF ISUZU FIRETRUCK

Good day!

This refers to the supplied and delivered Firetruck to BFP R13 Bunawan Fire Station, Agusan del
Sur.

In view of the abovementioned, we would like to request from your good office to pull out the said
unit and perform all repair and troubleshooting at JROG Marketing Main Office, Davao City.

List of scope of work to be done in the shop:

1. Pull out and installation of coupling & piping’s and other accessories of fire pump. – 1 week
2. Pull out of fire pump and repair leaks. – 3 days
3. Check-up of electrical and other electronic accessories. – 2 days
4. Replace any damage parts and accessories. – 2 days
5. Test of functionality and other diagnose of fire truck. – 2 days
Estimated time frame of repair is 2 weeks.

This is to easily facilitate in the repair of the unit because of the availability of the machine and
other equipment as well as in the purchase of the parts needed.
