1. How do I know that I have pronounce the consonants correctly?

You could ask an English teacher or a friend who is good at English to check for you, or

2. Why do I keep making mistakes with this one sound?

You may want to check the positions of your tongue, lips and mouth, the way you push
air out (sometimes people push too little air), and whether that sound is voiced
or unvoiced.

Your muscles haven’t get used to pronouncing English sound yet. You will need to warm
up the muscles on your face and your throat before speaking and try to speak
English regularly.
