STRIKERS LOCKED-OUT WORKERES, LOOTERS, or ‫ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻣﺸﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻷﺷﺨﺎﺹ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻻﺿﻄﺮﺍﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ‬
persons taking part in labour disturbance MALICIOUS ‫ﺗﻤﺜﻴﻠﻬﻢ ﺃﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺑﺈﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎء‬

5- Legislation:
This Contract is subject to Bahrain Legislative Decree
3/1987
6- Authorized Driver:
a) The Participant/Participant’s Spouse
b) Any person driving with Participant’s order
or permission provided that the person
holding a valid driving license as per laws
and regulations of driving vehicles
7- Limitation as to use:
Use only for social, domestics or pleasure purposes
and in connection with the Participant’s own business
or trade. The contract does not cover use for hire or
reward, racing competitions, rallies, trials
8- VAT Clause :
“All prices mentioned in this Agreement are exclusive of
any applicable taxes, including but not limited to (VAT,
corporate income tax and indirect tax) that may be
imposed by any public or governmental authority in
respect of this Agreement. Either Party will bear their
respective tax liability, if any, applicable in their
country”.
In the event that there is an increase in VAT rate, the
Participant is liable to pay additional VAT calculated on
pro-rata basis for the period covering the effective date
of such change in the VAT rate until the expiry of the
policy..
VAT will be applicable from 01/01/2019. Separate
invoice will be sent for VAT.
9- Payment of Contributions :
“Contribution amount must be collected immediately
upon the issuance of the Contract.”.

‫ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺒﻲ ﻟﻠﻔﺘﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻐﻄﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﻠﻲ ﻟﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﺪﻝ ﺿﺮﻳﺒﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻀﺎﻓﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺇﻧﺘﻬﺎء ﺳﺮﻳﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻮﺛﻴﻘﺔ‬.

‫ﺇﺭﺳﺎﻝ ﻓﺎﺗﻮﺭﺓ ﻣﻨﻔﻠﺼﺔ ﻟﻀﺮﻳﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻀﺎﻓﺔ‬.
