Introduction
Inclusive education embraces the diversity of learners and provides quality education to
all, regardless of ability, disability, ethnicity, financial situation, or other factors. This
principle holds that everyone deserves to learn and participate in education equally.
This position paper aims to promote inclusive education and its many benefits for
individuals, educational institutions, and society.
Numerous studies have demonstrated that inclusive education yields advantages for
pupils, irrespective of their disability or lack thereof. Research has shown that students
with disabilities experience enhanced academic advancement when educated in
inclusive settings alongside their non-disabled peers. Inclusive educational
environments allow pupils to acquire knowledge through peer interaction and cultivate
essential interpersonal competencies. Inclusive education promotes the utilization of
diverse instructional tactics, cultivating creativity and innovation within instructors'
pedagogical approaches.
