    medical records in support to diagnosis KINDLY PROVIDE BILIRUBINE REPORT - FOR PHOTOTHERAPY

    Please find the comments below .

    Due to LSTS(Caesarean), I was kept under observation in ICU direct from OT for 48 hours and during
    that time my child was in hospital allotted room only. Total hospital stay is 6 days only in which I was in
    ICU for two days and in hospital allotted room for 4 days. Since my child was shifted to hospital allotted
    room where I was in ICU at that time, I was charged total 6 days for room rent.

    Regarding Bilirubin report and related investigation reports and medical records, report is not currently
    available with me. Please kindly ignore the charges related to the Phototherapy from this claim. I will
    submit separate claim related to Phototherapy once available.
