This document describes three types of RTD and thermocouple wire and cable options. The first is a PVC-braided screen-PVC cable with stranded copper conductors and working temperatures of 30 to 105 degrees C. The second is a Teflon-Teflon cable with continuous working temperatures up to 205 degrees C and intermittent up to 260 degrees C. The third is a Teflon-braided screen-Teflon cable with stranded nickel or silver-plated copper conductors and working temperatures of 200 to 260 degrees C. All three cable types provide noise protection, moisture resistance, and abrasion resistance.

RTD / Instrument cable in 2, 3, 4 or 6 conductors.
The stranded conductors are !nned copper in 24 or 20 awg sizes covered in colour coded extruded PVC . A !nned copper wire braided screen and a PVC colour coded outer jacket complete the cable.
Colour-coded Te"on is extruded over each single conductor. The single
Insulated conductors are laid parallel and insulated with an extruded jacket of Te"on.
• Con!nuous temperatures up to 205°C
• Intermi#ent temperatures up to 260°C
APPLICATIONS • Power Genera!ng Plants • Petroleum Plants • Field Heat Trea!ng
Available in 30AWG, 24AWG, 20AWG Solid Conductors
7x.2, 7x.3 Stranded Conductors
TEFLON / BRAIDED SCREEN / TEFLON
Thermocouple or RTD / Instrument cable in 2, 3, 4 or 6 conductors.
The stranded conductors are nickel or silver plated copper in 24 or 20 awg sizes covered in colour coded extruded PFA te"on . A !nned or nickel plate braided screen and a PFA Te"on colour coded outer jacket complete the cable.
