1.Nội dung công việc

● Quản lí nhân sự và năng suất hoạt động của các thành viên
● Nhắc nhở deadline cho các thành viên
● Sắp xếp tài liệu, văn bản của HUYMUN và từng ban qua nền tảng Google
Drive
● Theo dõi well-being của từng cá nhân trong HUYMUN
● Đảm bảo tiến độ công việc và chuẩn bị cho các sự kiện
● Tham gia các buổi họp của các ban và ghi biên bản buổi họp

2. Yêu cầu
● Kĩ năng giao tiếp tốt với các thành viên
● Khả năng giải quyết tình huống, vấn đề tốt
● Biết cách ghi chép và sắp xếp thông tin
● Thường xuyên sử dụng mạng xã hội và cập nhật liên lạc
● Giải quyết mâu thuẫn và vấn đề trong nội bộ
● Khả năng quản lí thời gian, công việc tốt
● Trách nhiệm trong việc theo sát tiến độ hoạt động của từng thành viên

● Deadline reminders for members
● Organize documents and documents of HUYMUN and each
