We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-moving X-Golf &
Hey Caddy Head Office team. You will be working under our Head of Brand, Innovation &
Evolution and alongside the Regional Marketing Manager. You will create content for all aspects
of the business including an expanding network of franchises.
The Role
You will lead the strategy, planning, implementation and reporting of SEO and
performance-based activity.
You will be responsible for the success of both Hey Caddy and X-Golf campaigns.
You will also provide SEO recommendations on all copy by improving content,
suggesting new content, providing keyword insights and more to ensure it is delivering
for SEO.
Leading and delivering on our PPC client campaigns, advising on best practice and
structure and providing insight in meetings.
Working through the whole process from audit to execution you will improve rankings,
increase traffic and visibility and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting.
Paid Socials
You will assist in crafting the strategy and laying the foundation for organic content to be
amplified with paid ads. You will take a hands-on approach to implementation to ensure
campaigns stay on track. When tracking on-going performance, you will offer
observations, insights, optimisations and recommendations.
You will be expected to take responsibility across all three disciplines (Facebook,
Instagram, and Google Ads) and be confident in trading, planning, setting up, execution
and optimisation of all campaigns. Sophisticated reporting via dashboards is paramount
to you showcasing results and ROI to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Building organic and paid local traffic
Manage Google My Business profiles
Creating custom reports for ongoing monitoring of results
Implementing event/goal tracking codes to measure success
Creating effective Adwords that gives better than 10:1 ROI
Run high-volume campaigns across Google Ads (AdWords)
Build and deliver bid strategies and attribution models
Build and implement social media strategies
Create and manage content
Implement, deliver and stay true to all strategies
Lead campaign management and scheduling
Manage and track campaign performance
Track and manage social media budgets
Report and analyse across all social platforms
Management of both Hey Caddy and X-Golf websites
