VP CREATION/LOAD BUILD

Mandatory fields are

 Plan description : casepickstandard( for reference)

 Vehicle type : R06( weight of vehicle)
 Carrier number : 1520032 ( tells the particular route name)
 Loading location : EX-01 ( tells the delivery location of customer)
 VP created at status 20.
  Once saving vehicle plan revision screen , it opens the vehicle plan load revision screen,

 Load creation

 Mandatory field is
 Zone number: FLE (refers as the pin code of the particular area)

 Load : 156169, load created at status 20

  Selecting and attaching shipment to the VP/LOAD

 Select shipment form row exit, and enter the sales order and find, it populates the sales
order select shipment from row exit and cancel it.

 Now the shipment get attached to the VP/LOAD.

 Shipment status will be at 10, SO status at 527 .

 Delivery sequence:
It tells that which load should be deliver first ,
We can have the different delivery sequence for multiple loads.
 Approve VP

 Once Approved VP
 VP/LOAD -30 status
 Shipment 10 status
 Order 527 to 535 status.
  Pick request created at status 200
A pick request will create at the time of VP approved. It requests to pick the stock from
available location.

Process pick request :

 Processing the pick request from row exit of VP and printing.
 Once pick request process done, vp status alone moves to 35 , load/shipment status remains
same.

 After pick request process, pick suggestion status will be at 220

 Pick suggestion tells that suggesting to pick the stock from available location.
 Pick confirming using RDT HILLLTOP/INTERLINK – P6141025

 Here we have to slect the case pick standard application to pick confirmation.
 Check the Branch plant and enter the VP
 Once click on to the save button , opens the case pick standard-2 screen, here check the load
number and sequence

 Once click on the select button, opens the case pick standard – 3 screen ,
 Check the order number

 After selecting 3rd screen, opens Case pick standard-4 screen,

 Here click on the new UPI button to generates the rainbow UPI
 Copy and paste it to the UPI lable. And save.

 Here RDT is selecting the available location and lot which as the stock of 38 PK (3800SH).
 Enter the same location and quantity for the fields and save it.
 Once saving the case pick standard -5 screen, can observe the VP inquiry has order line 1
splitted to 1.001 line.
 Because the item has the 3800SH in particular lot and location so line 1 got splitted to 1.001
and 16200SH remains in the line 1.
 Line 1.001 pick confirmed using case pick standard RDT and moved the status to 560,
location , UPI, rainbow UPI populated from the RDT.
 Request confirmed at 250 status

 For line 1 , have to do the pick confirmation manually.

 Here we have 3 different from locations and lot are suggesting to pick stocks at status 320.

 Select the grids and confirm by row exit and click on close button.

 Click yes to process the suggestion transaction

 Observe the VP inquiry, line 1 quantity 16200SH splited to 1.002 and 1.003 lines with 5400SH
each with different UPI’s .
 SO status moved to 560.

 After pick Confirmation the request closed at 299 status

 Before VP Confirm apply load charges from row exit

 Now confirm the VP

 After Confirming VP
 VP/LOAD status will be at 50,
  Shipment status will be at 30,SO status will be at 560 to 575.

 Next step is to shipment confirmation using P4205|H55XU400

 Here only order status moved to 575 to 579.
