Through SBI e-Pay in Grips 2.0

Process Flow – SBIePay Online Payment Process in GRIPS 2.0

STEP1:-For making payment through GRIPS 2.0, Depositor will visit GRIPS 2.0 portal
page byusing the URL https://wbifms.gov.in/GRIPS2/and click on Make payment.

STEP-2:- Depositor will s e lec t S elf /O th er , f o r w h o th ey ar e p ay in g f o r .

STEP3:-On opening the next step, ‘depositors detail’ have to be filled up.
STEP4:-On clicking the Next button, the depositor has to select the organization type
they are paying to, and subsequently has to fill the Department/Local body Details.
STEP5:-After hitting next, the Depositor has to enter the services and the subservices, here in
Grips 2.0 there is a facility to do multiple payments to different services and only one single
amount will be debited. Then the Depositor has to review and confirm the services/sub-services
added by them and click next.
STEP6: Depositors/Tax Payers shall select the SBIePay tab, under payment mode and click
next.
STEP7:Depositor shall now confirm the payment details and Press “Pay Now”. Then they will
be redirected to the bank payment page.
 Debit / Credit Card Payment

Step 8: Depositor will select the option from the available payment options on the SBIePay
page-Debit /credit Card and Internet Banking. On selection of Debit /Credit card option the
system will provide fields to enter credentials for authorizing the transaction. After putting
card detail and depositor shall click on “Pay Now”.
Step 9:,An OTP has been sent to your registered mobile.After entering OTP ,depositor shall
press “Next”

Internet Banking

On selection of Internet Banking ,a list of banks will be available in dropdown list.

Select the banks from which you want pay and click on “Pay now”

Finally it will redirect to your net banking login page of your bank and make payment as
usual.
