 Fuel Injector Overhaul
Overhaul of fuel valve nozzle and spindle guides
Recondition of spindle guide and nozzle
• MAN slide valve type
• Wartsila flex type
• Conventional nozzle and spindle guides
Using a methodology that is similar to manufacturing a
new nozzle/ spindle-guide using an optical projector to
confirm its accuracy
All recondition and overhaul components are tested
with original manufacturer's approved test devices and
service reports are done with all jobs.

Remanufacturing of barrel & plungers

Applicable to 2-Stroke & 4-Stroke Engines with 19mm
plunger diameter onwards.

Existing plunger will be discarded and its barrel will be

checked for suitability for re-plungering. The barrel will
be precision hone to obtain its straightness and
roundness. A newly fabricated plunger of similar
hardness and material will be fitted with its tolerance
adjusted according to original maker's specification.

We have also developed a hard carbon coating (Pmax

Super-Coat) after working with our coating for several
years. Pmax Super-Coat prevents excessive cavitation
and sticking. This is in line with the 2020 Global Sulfur
Cap.

 Remanufacturing of fuel injector pump
suction valves
MAN recommends replacing suction valve when 30% or
more of the port-hole is covered. We remanufacture it
by boring out the seat with electrical discharge machine
(EDM) as the valve is constructed with a mono-block. A
newly fabricated valve seat insert made of sterile
material is then shrink fitted. The new valve is the
readjusted to its original specification and the
component's function is restored.
The only cost involved is the first remanufacturing cost
and when wear and tear occurs, only the valve seat
insert in replaced. Our customers are provided with an
almost "zero valve renewable program" as long as the
exterior of the suction valve is not damaged.

Remanufacturing of non-return valves

For MAN 4 stroke engine and Himsen connecting pieces,
we have developed a method by remanufacturing, by
producing repair kits to remanufacture these valves for
extended use. Our repair kits are made of high quality
materials resulting in longer last performance and
sustainability. This method is suitable for MAN LOBO
types.
