NOTICE

13th CONVOCATION
It gives us great pleasure to inform that 13th Convocation of the Charotar University of
Science and Technology is expected to be held in January 2024 on the Charusat Campus.
The exact date and time of the Convocation will be communicated in due course. The
passing out graduates of the A.Y. 2022-23 are to take part in this Convocation.

Step for Registration: 1) Go to University website www.charusat.ac.in OR Scan barcode:
2) Enter your e-Governance Username and Password
3) Update your details and photograph
4) Select Convocation Status (In-person / In-Absentia)
5) Make Payment and download receipt

Important instructions related to registration:

In-Person • Graduate can either collect Academic Attire (Comprise of a Kurta and Paijama
materials) from STUDENT SECTION between 1st November to 15th December
2023 or Choose to have it delivered by courier. It depends on graduate preference
option selected by him/her.
(Note: Academic Attire shall have to be tailored to fit in own size by the graduate at his/her cost)
• Dupatta will be issued by the University on Convocation Day.
• Graduate will be provided with two complimentary guest passes with attire for
convocation ceremony. Additional passes may be available on extra charges.
• The detail schedule of the Convocation will be sent to the graduates on their
university allocated email ID. (For example: 19ce013@charusat.edu.in)
In-Absentia • The Degree Certificate and Dupatta will be dispatched by Post / Courier after
Convocation Day.
(Note: If candidate do not receive the Degree Certificate at their registered address within 30 days
after Convocation Day, they have to contact on 98793 34259 or call on 02697-265008/75.)
