Dear Content Director,

We have conducted the Usability test on the Sandwich Spread Recipe. TestsRecipe. Tests
went amazing ,withamazing, with the three users enjoying the recipe process and doing a
delicious sandwich spread .Theyspread. They enjoyed doing a recipe from another
country .Aftercountry. After all ,thereall, there were a few changes we would like to include.
The changes are necessary in order toto create a better version. In the copy included with
the following memo, we we recommend the have changed the following actions:

1. Photos ofto all the six steps showing the process.

2. A picture of the final product at the beggingbeginning of the instructions not at
the end.
3. Tips through the instructions (not to long).
4. A section in how to use the blender.
5.The size of the images in the ingredients section.
6.Rewrite the measure in the ingredients part to be clearer.
7. An encouraging note to the instructions to remindmember the persons to try their
best.

As soon as the changes shown in the following memo have been approved, we will perform
a subsequenta subsequent usability test to updatedupdate our knowledge of the
instructionsinstruction’s effectiveness.
