Dear Sir:

Considering the alarming rates of deforestation, pollution and even toxic gardening, having a plant
nursery on school grounds provide awareness. The Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral na
Nagpapakadalubhasa sa Araling Panlipunan ng NVC (SAMANA-NVC) and its member students will
conduct a beautification project in RSQ grounds on December 9, 2023, Saturday, to renovate the
botanical area in NVC RSQ. We would like to ask for your approval for this project.

This activity aims to beautify the environment of the student for them to have a conducive learning
environment. This project emphasizes the importance of nature and environment towards the
holistic development of the student. Along with encouraging students to be more involved in their
school day, beautification teaches students how to be more respectful of the environment and to
clean up after themselves.

With your support, this project will be successful and shall have a meaningful result. Thank you and
