Roles and Responsibility. (Shift timing 10:00 AM-07:00 PM)

● Day need to start at 10:00 AM in the morning without any excuses.


● Day to day follow ups need to be completed through whatsapp as sales support - All needs to be called through
exotel and there should be a whatsapp message dropped to all leads who are interested and asked for a callback.

● EXISTING FO's - On daily basis we need to call minimum 75 FO's from the Existing FO's data until we get the
minimum interested leads from the data

Minimum Leads to be generated - 5

If we fail to generate Leads from Existing FO data we need to dial more data.

● LEADS for Tyre and Lubricants - Per day basis given target is 5 leads in a day for both across the country and also
find interested leads on a real time basis whenever a particular company's tyres demand coms in by negotiating on the
rates through Ecom Ads leads, Existing FO's.

● ECommerce Ads Leads - Daily generated ads leads need to be called on a timely basis within the working hours and
minimum interested leads to be generated.

Daily and Monthly Target

There is a monthly targets of minimum 130 Leads to be generated from Existing FO's data

● Daily Target of 5 Leads to be generated


● Monthly 130 Leads to be generated, if we are going on leave any particular day the target need
to be completed next working day without fail.
