ABOUT US
We believe the right choices lead to a bright and rewarding future for students. That belief
drives us to organise the education fair - Kyotenzen (Kyoiku Tenji Kaizen) in the SMA Lab
School Kaizen. Through the Kyotenzen with the theme “Spread Your Wings“, we strive to
give the exposure to students to spread their wings for better higher education. Hence, the
students and parents are able to gather comprehensive information about available
programs, application procedures, fees, university requirements of local universities and
overseas colleges/universities.

EVENT DETAILS
The “Spread Your Wings” Education Fair will be held on :
Date : Saturday, 18 November 2023
Time : 10:00 – 15:00 [UTC+7]
Location : SMA Labs School Kaizen
Blok JB, Jl. Bumi Mutiara,
Kelurahan Bojong Kulur, Kecamatan Gunung Putri,
Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, Indonesia - 16969

The event will be attended by students and parents from SMA Labs School Kaizen and its
surrounding such as Global Mandiri School, Fajar Hidayah School, SMAK BPK Penabur Kota
Wisata, and etc. Hence, we provide 20 booths and 8 presentation slots with the detail as
below:

 Booth
There will be 20 booths for the education fair with each booth size of 3 x 3𝑚2
equipped with 2 tables and 4 chairs.

 Presentation
Each presentation slot will be held in the classroom for the duration of 30 minutes.
The classroom is equipped with a projector and sound system.

PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fees are as below:
 Booth only : IDR 3,000,000 (three million rupiahs)
 Booth & Presentation : IDR 3,500,000 (three million and five hundred
thousand rupiahs)

The participation form is attached below and the proof of payment of participation fee
is required to be sent to event@yocampus.id by October 7, 2023.

Cancellation
A charge of 50% of the total booth cost will be assessed for booth cancellations before 14 October 2023 and no
refunds on and after 14 October 2023. All cancellations must be made in writing & received and sent via email to
event@yocampus.id. Organiser reserves the right to cancel participation if the full payment has not been received
by the deadline.
