Eliane Gamoral
Medical Chief
International Veterinary Hospital
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally present my voluntary resignation from my
position of a Veterinarian at INTERNATIONAL VETERINARY HOSPITAL-KUWAIT, effective from the
date of receipt, agreeing to three months’ notice.
It has been a privilege to be a part of International Veterinary Hospital and to have had the opportunity
to work with such a talented and dedicated team. I have learned and grown both personally and
professionally during my time here, and I am grateful for the experiences and knowledge I have
gained.
After careful consideration, I have decided to pursue a new opportunity that aligns more closely with
my long-term career goals and aspirations. While it was a difficult decision to make, I believe it is the
right step for my professional development.
I will do everything possible to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of my responsibilities. Please
let me know how I can assist in transferring my duties or training a replacement during the remaining
period of my employment.
I would like to express my gratitude to Eliane Gamoral and the entire IVH team for their guidance,
support, and mentorship throughout my tenure. I have genuinely appreciated the collaborative work
environment and the friendships I have formed here.
I will be happy to complete any pending projects or tasks assigned to me before my departure.
Additionally, please let me know of any exit procedures or documentation that I need to complete
before my last day.
Please consider this letter as the formal notice of my resignation, as required by my employment
contract. I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition and will make every effort to assist in any
way possible during this period.
Thank you once again for your understanding and support through this process. I wish continued
success in all its endeavors.
Yours sincerely,
Nestor Marmo
