    What we believe

    Founder's first
    We believe long-term business value creation is what’s best for the
    founder. While this might not bring short-term NPS necessarily, but we
    believe it’s ultimately better for the founder.
    We move at the founder’s speed. What is best for the founders'
    long-term business value, always. Never take our founders for granted.

    We all build
    Whoever’s closest to the metal should build the MVP.
    If you have an idea you believe, you should implement it.
    Decision by conviction, go after what you believe in. Take swings. Use data
    to help you gain or lose conviction, but do not wait for data to make
    decisions for you.
