We can download the CRM Rest builder solution and import it into CRM, to get the data for
designing the queries which can then be used in the web resources to get and set the data.
3. Which tools inside XRM Toolbox can you remember right now? Please write also the purpose
of using them in very few words.
 Ribbon Workbench - The Ribbon Workbench tool helps to edit the Dynamics CRM ribbon or

command bar from inside the XrmToolbox.


 Plugin registration tool - The Plugin Registration tool is one of the significant tools that you
can use for registering plugins and custom workflows.
 Privilege discovery tool - retrieval of roles and privileges
 Fetch XML Builder - This tool is mainly useful for Constructing FetchXML

 Recycle bin - able to select the deleted record and restore it.
 Bulk delete tool - The Bulk Delete tool can delete records from CRM based on system views,
personal views, or custom FetchXML Queries.

We maintained the customizations on GitHub, by creating the repository and push the code
before every deployment.
