This will save you time at your appointment.

If you do not attend this appointment you may

not get Universal Credit

This is because you must agree and then accept

your claimant commitment to get Universal
Credit. If you do not accept your claimant
commitment, your claim may be closed.

If you cannot attend this appointment, use your
