WEAKNESS
1st
How will you know where the clients will be?
And if you rent to many where houses it will not be financially viable.

2nd
In a service-oriented proposition (especially when referring to B2C) the product will be teared apart since the customers will not have a sense of ownership.
How are you going to deal with that? If you are going to charge them? will you be still a viable choice for your customers?
If they are going to pay more (since some furniture are going to be destroyed) why not buy plastic ones from another store?

3rd
You haven’t calculated your expenditure. how much money will you need for:
1) Workers
2) Infrastructure (machinery)
3) Renting
4) Logistics
5) Raw material
6) Website
7) App

You need to be sustainable and from an economical perspective otherwise you are not a feasible choice.

4th too little references

Strength

1) Well written report, understandable

2) Good structure
3) Well organised and explained of the
Business model, supply chain, product design and the ict .

4) It’s a really good idea of CMS implementation.

5) The fact that you tried for modularity is vital for (cms implementation)
6) Use of new technologies ( nfc , qr code , website , app) for a more sustainable proposal
7) Very analytic with the supply chain
8) Elegant pictures (Business model canvas , product design and website )
