    Income / Receipts at chapter level
    1. Membership Fee of HO
    2. Venue Fee of chapter ( to be collected from each one)
    3. Meeting sponsorship
    4. Any other miscellaneous receipts
    5. Visitor charges/ standee charges ( No Cash to be collected)
    6. Cross chapter member charges

    All types of receipts are liable for GST @18%

    Chapter Actions by treasurer for FY 23-24
    1. Review Budget of chapter for Fy 23-24 as per above format for liquidity & next
    course of action to deal with situation of deficit.
    2. Ensuring all physical bills are send to HO on monthly basis by courier.
    3. Confirming accounts balance of HO with your records on monthly basis.
    4.Sending all members list with all information for GST tax invoice on monthly basis.
    5. Ensuring that Vendors giving GST invoices are uploading GST returns time. Without
    their GST return filing SCGT will not get GST credit.
    6. NO CASH collection at chapter level for any reason.
    7. Each Guest data to be updated to SCGT APP
