Definition of health

Good health means that you feel fine. Besides apple a healthy way of
life is very important to be in good shape. It means you should have
meals at regular times and sports in the fresh air.
Habits

A habit is a behaviour repeated regularly with few or no need to be


reasoned. There are habits which are healthy (doing exercise,
brush your teeth..) and others which are unhealthy (sedentary way
of life, smoking..).
Healthy habits
They are those which have a positive effect on health, some are:
 Good higiene
 Doing exercise for 30 minutes a day
 Eating balanced diet
 Reduce stress
 Preventive check-up
Unhealthy habits
They have a negative effect on health some are:
 Smoking
 Not to do exercise
 Not to eat balanced diet
 Avoid excessive stress
 Never go to see a doctor
Lifestyle
 It reflects your opinion, way of life, values and world view.
 It means your own way how to live (your personal identity)
 Not all aspects of a lifestyle are voluntary
 Surrounding social and technical systems influence your lifestyle
 The more time you spend on hygiene, physical fitness, and diet regulation,
the healthier lifestyle you have
 Regularity (in everything you do - food, sport, sleep, activities…)
 Biological watch of your body – do not change night and day
How to build habits
Even knowing which habits are good and which are not, it is hard to change them.
Here I show you how:
1- Take action; I mean do not procrastinate, do not leave it for tomorrow.
2- Once you begin, keep to it!
3- Set small goals.
