Article (1) A special judicial committee called the ‘Judicial Committee on Dispute

Resolution’ shall be set up with exclusive authority to consider and decide all
disputes relating to real property located in the areas designated in said Regulation as
areas in which foreign freehold ownership of property is permitted. The Committee
shall, in particular, decide issues arising from:
1- Disputes relating to ownership interests in real estate in the said areas including
disputes concerning usufruct rights over real property and any related rights in rem
2- Disputes arising out of the actions of property
agents 3- Disputes arising out of leases of more than 5
years
